It was a long-awaited moment on Easter Sunday 2019 when Jazz-singer Barbara Morrison went onto the stage to sing her first song. Her melodic voice with its three-and-a-half-octave range, is known worldwide, as are her rich, unique, soulful and highly spirited interpretations of both, familiar Jazz and Blues classics and original contemporary tunes. Together with the Dani Felber Quartet she gave an outstanding and unique performance at Silbando in Zurich and her musical interaction with the audience enchanted dancers and listeners alike.
Trumpet player Dani Felber and his Band members had met the celebrated American singer for the first time on that Sunday evening in 2019 and they were as impressed as the audience. So, they invited her back to Switzerland for a tour in 2020 and we are honoured to welcome them again for the Friday evening party.
