Burlesque Night No. 3
Is there Hop 2009 participants, this party theme is not new for you. But: Ladies, you dressed up just fantastic and guys, you did not hold back either!!! Incredible good job from all of you! We had the very strong impression, that you liked that theme and therefore, we revive it one more time at Is there Hop 2010! That's why we suggest you to get ready, become burlesque and dress up...!!!
::: glitter, glamor, show and honky-tonk ... Ladies: seductive, crazy, extravagant! Corset, Feather boa or ...? Gentlemen: top hat, white tie and tails! Or tweedy with just a white tank top...? You might find your costume here. But what exactly is burlesque? Nowadays it's usually linked to striptease, but back then it was all different - well maybe not entirely if you count taking off the gloves in a seductive way as striptease. We want to revive the early burlesque, the one close to the American Vaudeville a kind of Variete combining music, comedy, art and dance as well as crazy costumes.
